Mission Critical Communications in the Ambulance Service

We live in an era of unprecedented challenge and change. As the population of the UK approaches 65 million, with an average life expectancy of 79 for men and 82 for women, public services are under increasing strain.

The UK’s 14 ambulance services (11 in England and one each in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland), and the emergency and urgent care sector, are under particular pressure; dealing with over nine million calls every year.
